Refund policy

At Benow, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@benow.me with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@benow.me, including photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@benow.me
