  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available)

  • United States: Estimated delivery 7–20 business days

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Occasionally, Benow may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the Site.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system

  • In some cases, tracking may show limited updates until the package reaches the destination country


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Benow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Benow is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Delivery delays are sometimes beyond our control

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first

  • Benow is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation
